When are preorders open?
You can place your preorder through the dedicated pre-order site from the 1st August - 30th September 2023
When will my items be delivered?
Items will be delivered by the 21st October
When do I need to pay?
A 10% deposit will be taken upfront, with the remaining balance taken automatically on the 1st October
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Yes - please contact our customer service team on info@pettreatswholesale.com
How much is delivery?
For preorders up to £400 (before VAT) delivery is £10, for orders over this it is free
What if I miss the preorder window?
All of the products will be available on the trade and wholesale portal from the 1st October
